The Art of
Grounded
Healing

We are Tammy and Daniel - Relational Integrative EMDR Therapist & Provisional Psychologist.

We believe that healing doesn't require perfection, only a willingness to begin.

Our Shared
Philosophy

At Soma + Soul, we believe that healing is not the process of fixing what is broken, but the art of honouring the whole. Your history and struggles are not fragments to be hidden; they are parts of a narrative that can be integrated into a more grounded and compassionate self.

Here, we move at your pace — transforming survival patterns into a sense of agency, whilst weaving a path toward a life that feels aligned, intentional and truly like home.

Collaborative

We work alongside you to explore your lived experience, weaving a grounded presence that you can always call home.

Embodied

A space to gently explore your inner world and reconnect with the wisdom of your body.

Relational Safety

We prioritise a relational approach that honours your boundaries and moves at the pace of your nervous system.

Neurodiversity-Affirming

Honouring your unique nervous system, cognitive blueprint, and internal rhythms as natural variations of the human experience.

The Japanese Art
of Kintsugi

The Japanese art of Kintsugi repairs broken pottery by mending the pieces with gold, highlighting the broken parts — built on the premise that by embracing flaws and imperfections, we create an even stronger, more beautiful piece of art.

Through an integrative process, we help you navigate the echoes of trauma, and the threads of your inner world. We seek to reveal the origin of your suffering, and create a space that is free from judgement and expectation, inviting opportunity for healing.

“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.”
